Hi and welcome, during this episode you will learn some Quick Start Tips, as well as meet your host…

Let’s start there, my name is Justin Land and I will be your host throughout this training. 

Hosting does not mean your Instructor - I, like a lot you, am NEW to the Conklin Family - so I’ll be learning right along with you. 

You will have multiple instructors throughout and I’ll be around to help navigate.

There will be days you want to give up and throw in the towel, but stay the course. 

John Quincy Adams, our 6th US President said this, “Patience and perseverance have a magical effect before which difficulties disappear and obstacles vanish.”

And a great preacher once said, “By perseverance, even a SNAIIL reached the ark.” 

You CAN do this. Stick it out, keep going and see what happens a year from now.

The Academy was put together to serve you. 

We’ve put in countless hours, creativity, money, and tons of discussions with some of our industry's top leading commercial roofers and all of this has been done to equip you for success.

We hope that this resource will save you time and money and you can bypass any of the mistakes by listening to those who have gone before you. We are better together and at the ACCEL Roofing Academy we intend to leverage that truth for greater personal and professional results.
